100HD-800C WITH Quadriplex Type : PTC 100HD with 800C with 2 months warranty YOM : 1995 PP type / hours : 800C (3412DITTA) Location : Singapore Features : 4 x 120ton Quadriplex clamps with X-Spreader Beam Note : Entirely reconditioned in 2017, shock absorber new Complete set has recently been fully dismantled and stripped down for a complete overhaul in our workshop, rebuilt and operationally tested to full PTC working specifications. The diesel engine was top overhauled. All hydraulic pumps and motors fully stripped down, rebuilt and each load-bench tested to full flow and pressure ratings. All hydraulic and electrical system fully stripped, checked, overhauled and new components replaced where necessary. The vibrator’s gearbox opened up and all internal components removed, checked, rebuilt or replaced with new, all new bearings, seals, etc. All clamps stripped open, overhauled and operationally tested. X-spreader beam and all T-bars fully checked and rebuilt. Power-pack cabin fully rebuilt and fitted with new sound paddings. Complete set has been fully dressed up on metal work, de-rusted, steam cleaned and fully repainted to like new condition.Read more -
